Additionally, a 30% Federal tax credit for the homeowner is useable over 5 years. We signed a contract in 2018 and after a year of multiple delays they agreed to cancel our contract. However they have kept our deposit and refuse to give it back. This company is corrupt, starting from the the owners Tony and Ames all the way down. I have email and text messages showing this company should be shut down to prevent any further home owners from having to face this fraud.
